18 GRAINS SAVOURY PORRIDGE | 18 谷咸粥

青的农场18谷米 Green Farm Mixed 18-grains rice | 1 杯/cup |
盐 Salt | 少许/a pinch |
芹菜(切丁)Diced Celery | 适量/appropriate |
青豆 Peas | 适量/appropriate |

红萝卜(切丁)Diced Carrots | 适量/appropriate |
鱿鱼(刻花切片)Carved and Sliced Cuttlefish | 适量/appropriate |
蛤蜊 Clams | 适量/appropriate |
Method 調理步驟:
(1) 將1杯18 榖米水洗二次去除雜質後洗淨。
Rinse twice the cup of mixed 18-grains rice from any unwanted particles.
(2) 加入水,放在瓦斯爐上用大火煮,煮沸後,以中火煮15分鐘關掉瓦斯。
Place into a pot of water and cook over strong fire. Once boiled, turn the fire down to medium and cook for another 15 minutes. Turn the fire off.
(3) 蓋上鍋子悶40分鐘後,再加入糖調味即可。
Cover the lid and leave for 40 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
(4) 青豆、玉米、紅蘿蔔丁及魷魚先燙熟。
Blanch peas, corn, carrots and cuttlefish in boiling water.
(5) 開啟小火、邊攪拌沸邊放入燙過的前蔬菜、魷魚及蛤蜊,带再次沸騰,蛤蜊殼打開後即可關火,食用前再撒上芹菜丁。
With low fire, stir as you pour vegetables, cuttlefish and clams into the pot. Allow to boil and turn fire off after clam shells open. Sprinkle diced celery before serving.
Japanese Pork Chop Rice | 日式猪排盖饭
材料:日式炸豬排一塊、洋蔥1/2顆,蛋2顆(海苔絲可自行添加)。
調味料:大同白醬油30ml、味霖30ml、柴魚高湯100ml。
作法:
- 將所有調味料混合煮開備用,洋蔥切成細長條狀,將蛋打散均勻備用。
- 將油蔥鋪在小平底鍋上並加入混合好的醬汁,然後開火將洋蔥煮軟後放入適當切塊的豬排。
- 帶豬排吸收醬汁後,將蛋汁以畫圓圈的方式淋入,待蛋汁半熟柔軟狀後,即可移置備好的白飯上,並灑上海苔絲即可上桌。
